Hosted at our Head Office the program offers new joiners an opportunity to explore Stanley’s 30-year journey understand the values that have shaped the organization and gain insights into the craftsmanship, innovation, and customer-centric approach that define our brands.
The induction includes detailed sessions on our product portfolio, manufacturing capabilities, business operations and quality standards.
