Reflecting on this year’s International Women’s Day theme  “Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls”  Shubha emphasises that true fairness goes beyond equal opportunity. It requires intentional systems, equitable support, and environments where women feel empowered to lead without compromising their identity.

She also highlights the importance of creating growth pathways for women across design, retail, and corporate functions while encouraging stronger representation in leadership and decision-making roles.
