As part of our international growth journey, Stanley Lifestyles recently conducted a comprehensive onboarding and knowledge-sharing session with our Sri Lanka partner team. The initiative was designed to introduce participants to the Stanley brand, its heritage, design philosophy, product portfolio and customer experience standards.
The sessions provided an in-depth understanding of our approach to luxury furniture, craftsmanship, manufacturing excellence, and retail operations. Participants also explored the values that have shaped Stanley's growth and reputation as one of India's leading luxury furniture brands.
Through interactive discussions and collaborative learning, the Sri Lankan team gained valuable insights into our products, processes, service philosophy, and brand vision. The program also created an opportunity for teams across geographies to exchange ideas, align on expectations, and build a strong foundation for future collaboration.
