Our tracers have been marvelling at the feel of leather for over 20 years now.
With expertise which can only be time taught, they ensure the correct position of the hide; with just a touch, they decide which should be at the seat where the load and abrasion is much higher, and which should be at the back or at the arm.
Precision is our strength.
The leather is cut meticulously by the cutters. Nothing misses the trained eyes of the cutter who checks for natural marks, stretch marks or poor grain quality in the leather which might have missed the notice of the tracer.
Tailors or magicians?
Aged between 30 to 40 years and with over 10 years of experience in leather stitching, individually, our tailors have machines from Germany, specially built for this kind of stitching, to help them attain perfection.
Imagine doing something all your life. You would either hate it, or be pretty damn good at what you do.
The upholsterers that we employ have been producing furniture for over 3 to 4 generations now. They are trained from a very young age.
No matter how much you look, you will not be able to find any mistakes, weaveriness, wrong stitches, imbalances or unevenness in our products.
